Gregory J. Lederman is a Certified Specialist in Estate, Trust and Probate by the California Board of Legal Specialization. He has been in practice for 19 years. His practice is limited exclusively to estate, trust, and probate matters with an emphasis in special needs planning, specifically assisting personal injury attorneys in settling their cases by creating special needs trusts, statutory minors trusts, conservatorships, and guardianships.
Additionally, Mr. Lederman has extensive experience in litigating all estate, trust and probate disputes, including trust contests, will contests, conservatorship disputes, fiduciary removal, fiduciary defense, and surcharge proceedings.
