Areas of Practice

Mr. Vener’s practice is focused primarily on trust and estate litigation, and estate planning. He has over 8 years of experience in litigating contested matters. He is dedicated to obtaining justice on behalf of his clients, and ensuring that their rights and interests are fully protected. Mr. Vener has successfully represented individuals in a wide variety of matters, including trust disputes, business disputes, automobile collisions, commercial premises liability, and criminal matters. Prior to joining Rodnunsky & Associates, he worked as an associate attorney at a personal injury law firm, where he helped recover many six- and seven-figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of injured clients.

Mr. Vener earned his Bachelor’s degree from University of California, Santa Barbara, in Law & Society, with High Honors and his J.D. from Southwestern Law School. At Southwestern, he was a teacher’s assistant in Civil Procedure and an editor for the Southwestern Journal of International Law, where he published a definitive article on internet gaming law. Additionally, he completed an externship with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. He is a member of the California State Bar, and is licensed to practice law in all Courts of the State of California, as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California. 

Mr. Vener is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and listening to music.
